Deplorables: Now We Know What Clinton Thinks About Fellow Citizens

 

"You know, to just be grossly generalistic, you could put half of Trump's supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables. Right? The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic -- you name it -----"Now, some of those folks -- they are irredeemable, but thankfully they are not America."

 

So speaks Hillary Clinton. Now we know what she thinks of the little people, the unwashed masses, people who are not like her, who do not agree with her. The great unworthy.

This attitude is deplorable. It is elitist, small minded and arrogant. It is unworthy of a national leader who may end up representing the people in the country and that would include people who did not vote for her. Greatness is achieved by leading and pulling the citizens together for the common good of us all. Clearly, Mrs. Clinton like her opponent lacks these qualities.

This holier than thou statement is familiar to one made by Mr. Obama when he showed his contempt for people who "cling to guns or religion “, like some kind of freakish creatures. Well, we would not want that religion thing to be in the way.

Mrs. Clinton and her lot are deceitful. The incident yesterday about her “overheated” health issue is a latest example. I do not think her group is capable of telling the truth or give straight talk about anything. It should be enough to judge her on her statements about her fellow deplorable citizens.

Mrs. Clinton is so wrong and misguided in so many ways, it is best to let her words speak for themself. 

 

Merry Christmas is different than Happy Holidays

I love to wish people Merry Christmas. I do it because I mean it and I like to see how a person reacts to the statement. It is Christmas, after all. It is a time for reflection, celebration, good cheer, family, feasting, exchanging useless gifts. It is special. Why not say it? Why not mean it? 

Happy Holidays is so bland, so secular, so bland. so ridiculous  Some people gleefully blurt back a hearty Merry Christmas, others like retail people are been instructed it seems not to mention the "C" word. Others are just humbug.

I am not ashamed of my Christian heritage, just as I would not expect any other person to be ashamed of their heritage. 

So for everyone, Merry Christmas and God bless you.
